LIVE-IN YOGI
From 1 day to 7 days
Private in-home or off-site individual or family sessions to experience deep healing and lasting transformation. These customized, private immersions include a fusion of science-based mind-body methods for holistic healing.
Day long including overnight $2400
Get out of your head and into your body. These 2 hour sessions are a signature blend of breath work, intuitive massage therapy, yoga, meditation, sound healing, energy balancing, and mindfulness coaching.

PREPARE FOR SURGERY
Reduce the anxiety before surgery and encourage faster healing with less pain – pre and post op support available.
