Restorative Workshop w/ Yoga Nidra: A deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

The antidote to stress is relaxation.

The body and mind are connected. Restorative yoga stimulates and soothes the organs. To relax is to rest deeply, with gentle attention directed toward the breath.

Prana, the masculine energy, resides above the diaphragm, moves upward, and controls respiration and heart rate.

Apana, the feminine energy, resides below the diaphragm, moves downward, and controls the function of the abdominal organs.  

This class will focus on balancing these two aspects of energy so that you, the yogi, are neither overstimulated nor depleted.


This experience will include:

  • Restorative yoga
  • Yoga Nidra Meditation
  • Slow, mindful and grounding movement accessible to all levels
  • A safe and peaceful space for self-reflection and insight
  • Connection with self, nature and community
